Further to the review and formalization of Company mission and vision, such a project has clearly set the shared Company values as passion, respect for the people and customer satisfaction.
Mission, vision and values, as outcome of this project, have been documented and promoted to the internal and esternal stakeholders (personnel, unions, board, auditors) by the management in dedicated meetings and events. These initiatives provide a sort of formal encoding to the deep fairness and integrity which since ever represent Fimma’s DNA.
